Colorbond gates provide the ultimate in privacy, and also allows you to match your roof or other colour theme on your property. Colorbond Gates are available in 2 different style profiles and a full range of Colorbond colours.
We supply pre-fabricated colorbond gates as standard, but for a better quality finish, we also make fully welded steel frame colorbond gates in our Geebung factory.
Gates can be fitted with a simple D-Latch and Striker locking mechanism, or a fully enclosed mortice lock.
Because Colorbond is a modular system, installation is quicker and easier than most other fencing systems. This can save you money on professional installation or make DIY installation easier using common household tools.
All components of Colorbond fences are designed to fit together. After the posts are installed, rails fit neatly into them and panels are simply put into place and locked in with the top rail.
Other standard components include gate hinges and a variety of latches, some suitable for pool fencing. Most of the components come in the full range of Colorbond fencing colours, so blend in seamlessly with the rest of your fence.
The most common height Colorbond fence or gate is 1800mm high, but Colorbond comes in a range of heights from 1200mm to 2400mm.
In high wind or heavy use ares, we often spec steel posts, which adds a little to the cost, but adds a lot to the strength and longevity of a Colorbond fence.
